And producer/director Kate McAll reveals in a BBC blog that "Oh, and there's a very special surprise for Ianto fans in one of them!"
The plays will be available as podcasts too, and the CD set will be available to buy from 8th September 2011.

17th April 2010
Gareth has written an Ianto Jones comic strip adventure, Shrouded', for the official Torchwood magazine - look out for part one (of two) in issue 21, due out in the UK on 15th April 2010 (11th May in the US).
The story sees Ianto struggling with his feelings for Jack and dealing with a visit from a familiar face from the future. Gareth says "I feel I know this character implicitly. The narrative of this comic focuses predominantly on Ianto, and integrates a number of characters who have been missed by Torchwood's ardent followers."
The mag also has an interview with Gareth and some great pics.
Third Out Of Fifty Ain't Bad!
Captain Jack's on top again... but only just! Ianto Jones ranked 3rd in AfterElton's poll of the Top 50 Gay Characters of All Time, and in their words "played to perfection by the man with three first names, Gareth David-Lloyd."

Gareth placed fourth in the Sexiest Male Award behind the likes of David Tennant and John Barrowman (but ahead of Robert Pattinson). And Ianto's demise at the 'hands' of the 456 was voted Best Death Scene.
You can catch up with all the award winners in the current issue of SFX, which hit the UK shops on 10th February.

Ianto changed and grew a lot over the three seasons and your support was part of what made that possible. I'm looking forward to new projects and to meeting many of you at gigs and other events in the future. Keep watching!

We have our winners!
Many thanks to all our caption competition entrants - you tickled our ribs and made our mailbox bulge. There were so many good entries, lots of which were far too naughty to put on an all-ages website. Okay, fess up, have you been taking lessons from Gareth?
So after much deliberation here is the winner with two other honourable mentions, which also represent the trains of thought of a lot of other entrants:
"I know, I can't believe Captain John preferred poodles either!"
Honourable mentions (but sadly no prizes):
Series 3 Spoiler: Ianto Gains a New Love Interest... - Megan Atchley
Youtube was bad enough, but once word had gotten out about John Barrowman's dogs appearing in OK magazine, Gareth was well and truly in the doghouse. - Marie O'Neill
And the winner of the random prize draw for all entrants is Kellie Shuttleworth.
Congratulations to Mags and Kellie - your signed calendars will be winging their way to you (or, in Mags' case, the other person she nominated) as soon as possible.
Another grilling for Gareth!
What's the connection between blow-up plastic sheep, ringtones, and advice for Ianto? Gareth's latest Q&A session, of course! You'll find it here

Who? What? Where?
As confirmed in this week's Radio Times (21-27 June) by Russell T Davies OBE (and congratulations to him for that, while we're at it), the Torchwood team will appear in the final story of this season's Doctor Who. Gareth had a blast filming this, so we hope you enjoy watching it.
Kiss Kiss (not Bang Bang)
Gareth (and John Barrowman, who had something to do with it too) has won the AfterElton/NewNextNow Award for Hottest Gay Kiss, for the smooch in season two Torchwood's To The Last Man. The award was voted for by readers of the website last month.
The call of Gareth
The Birmingham signing is from 11am to 1pm on the 28th and the Cardiff one from 4pm to 6pm the same day. Copies of The Call of Cthulhu (and his previous audio book) will be available for purchase at the stores.
Gareth Hot - It's Official
Gareth has come in at number 11 in AfterElton.com's influential poll of the Hot 100 Men of 2008.
The poll is voted for by gay and bisexual men, mainly in the US but also around the globe and shows the impact that Gareth's performance as Ianto in Torchwood is having. Fellow Torchwood star John Barrowman was number 2 - he came in behind Jake Gyllenhaal (and we're sure you can imagine the comment he made about that).
Gareth said of the result "I'm delighted to be bringing so many people pleasure in whatever way I can. I understand I'm underneath John Barrowman, which seems to happen quite a lot. Maybe, next year, Ianto can be on top."
Gareth is looking forward, more than ever now, to meeting his US fans at Comic Con in San Diego and DragonCon in Atlanta this summer, and his Canadian fans at Polaris in Toronto.
The AfterElton/NewNowNext award for Hottest Gay Kiss, which Ianto/Jack's kiss in To The Last Man is shortlisted for, will be announced next weekend - we're keeping our fingers crossed!

Help Keep The Point Alive!
Some of you may have been to The Point in Cardiff Bay - perhaps you were there to see Gareth in July and November 2007, or maybe you are going along to Sex, Wales & Anarchy on 20th April. Well, this live music venue - a gothic-style ex-church built in 1900 - is under threat of closure due to impending court action by the Council over complaints about noise from some of their new neighbours.
Gareth would like people to help save The Point because there really aren't enough live music venues in Cardiff, and he enjoys playing there himself. And let's face it, The Point has been operating as a live music venue since 2003, well before the 'neighbours' moved in!
