Dragon*Con - Atlanta, Georgia, USA || Aug. 29-Sept. 1, 2008

Gareth has officially signed on for his first American convention; he'll be a guest at this year's Dragon*Con in Atlanta, Georgia. The con takes place Aug. 29-Sept. 1, 2008, and is one of the largest in the country, with over 170 guests and bands already signed on for this year's event and the dealer's hall filled to capacity with booths and vendors. Dragon*Con Party and Panels and Photos, Oh My!

Fancy a chat with Gareth and a buffet-style dinner? Gareth will be joining James Marsters on Dragon*Con's Saturday night (August 30th 2008) for a meet and greet, which also includes an acoustic concert from James. Limited to only 60 guests, tickets cost $150 and will be on sale at the convention from 10-30 am on Friday August 29th. But that's not all! Gareth will be taking part in three Torchwood panels at Dragon*Con:

and there will be autograph and photo sessions throughout the weekend.

Gareth is officially on board for this year's San Diego Comic-Con International, one of America's largest comic book, science fiction and fantasy conventions. The con takes place July 24-27 in San Diego, California, and is a truly massive event; last year they had over 125,000 attendees, guests and visitors, so book your tickets in advance! Gareth will be signing autographs at Holzheimer's, which is booth number 3845 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There is a nominal charge for this.

Polaris 22 - Toronto, Canada || July 11-13, 2008

Good news, Canada: You can catch Gareth at Polaris 22 in Toronto. The convention runs July 11-13, 2008, and is the largest annual fan-run science fiction & fantasy event in Canada. The convention celebrates all genres of science fiction & fantasy including television, movies, books, art, and other related hobbies. The Call of Cthulhu Signings - Birmingham, England & Cardiff, Wales || June 28, 2008

Gareth will be signing copies of his new audio book The Call of Cthulhu at Nostalgia and Comics in Birmingham and Forbidden Planet in Cardiff on Saturday 28th June.

The Birmingham signing is from 11am to 1pm on the 28th and the Cardiff one from 4pm to 6pm the same day. Copies of The Call of Cthulhu (and his previous audio book) will be available for purchase at the stores.

Gareth will be appearing along with Torchwood co-stars Eve Myles (Gwen) and Kai Owens (Rhys), guest stars James Marsters (Captain John Hart, "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang"), and crew members Richard Stokes (producer), James Moran (writer) and journalist Keith Topping. The event takes place Saturday, April 26th, at Porchester Hall in London, and will feature Q&A sessions, autographs and photographs with guests.
